The Service lets you send a video file from your device to your own TikTok account as a draft, so that you can review and publish it yourself inside the TikTok app. The Service does not post content on your behalf without your action.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must own the TikTok account you connect, and you must have the right to upload any content you send through the Service.
• You are responsible for the videos you upload and for complying with TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.
• You must not use the Service to upload content that is unlawful or that infringes anyone else's rights.

4. Account and access

You connect your TikTok account through TikTok's official authorization flow. You may revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
